Raleigh, NC Pediatric Dentists See a Rise in Patients
In 2017, there are dozens of new pediatric dentist's offices opening in Wake County. On Falls of Neuse Road alone there are several dental firms that are opening their doors for the first time. Fortunately, there is a very large market for patients when it comes to a kids dentist. Wake County is one of the fastest growing counties in all of North Carolina and most of that is because of the school systems.
With Wake County having some of the best teachers and highest test scores in the state, it makes sense that parents would want to bring their children to the Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill area. An area that is growing leaps and bounds is Wake Forest. While there are a handful of pediatric dentists in the Wake Forest area, we predict there will be many more in the years to come.
It will be interesting to see if dentists get more specialized with the growing population of Wake County. No longer is it the case that you can be a general dentist and expect to see your practice grow by 30-50 patients every month. Unless you are on the corner of Falls of Neuse and I-440 you cannot count on location to be the #1 driver of patients.
Almost all pediatric dentists in the area are working hard to build out their internet presence. Years ago, it was not difficult to rank for keywords like Raleigh Dentist. Today, it is nearly impossible as some of the larger dentist's offices have over 500 reviews and have spent tens of thousands of dollars on their websites.
If pediatric dentists can focus on their niche and in a specific area, they are going to do very well with the growing population of Wake County. Look for Rolesville to see an uptick in growth in the years ahead as well. Vying for position as the Rolesville Dentist will be the next big thing.
